CRON issue

I too experience the same issue
Planned execution of Scheduled Task#7, Analytics sync Cron, has failed with exit code 5 at Friday, 18 September 2026 15:21.Please visit the Joomla! backend for more information.

My joomla_scheduler.php states:
2026-09-19    16:51:57    ERROR    Task> Analytics sync task failed: {"ok":false,"message":"Invalid signature."}

Any idea?
 

Hi gaatec,

Your error means that the code generated by the Control Center did not match the one stored on the website.

It is possible that, if you reinstalled the application, the website kept the old Analytics code. As a result, the information was being sent correctly, but an error occurred when the Control Center tried to write the data to the website.

Please make sure that the code shown under:

Global Configuration → Control Center tab → Website Code

matches the code shown in:

Control Center → Managed Website → Analytics Code

Both codes must be exactly the same for Analytics to work correctly.
