Hi,
I have purchased an analytics and control center for the site and it is not working. I should have the settings correct.
Master site is:
www.ppc-seo.cz/
and installed package:
com_securitycheckpro_control_center-2.3.1
plg_securitycheckprocontrolcenter_connect-1_0_2
In the settings I have:
Analytics enable
The pages you are watching are, for example:
www.abapodlahy.cz/
and installed packages
com_securitycheckpro-3.5.0
plg_securitycheckprocontrolcenter_connect-1_0_2
com_securitycheckpro_analytics-1.0.1
I have set in the settings:
Enable analytics - yes
Website code BOEKo55h0 (generated 9 digits)
Exclude backend - no
Time to refresh pages - 5
But no crawl data is displayed.
In the cookies on the website I have:
SCPAnalytics
SCPInfoMessage

Thank you very much for your confidence in my extensions.
Does the site contacts with control center to report the other functions (outdated extensions, status)? Did you enable analytics from there, didn't you? You must be sure that the 'do not track' feature is not enabled in the browser or no data will be sent. You can get more info about how analytics work here: ccdocs.securitycheckextensions.com/contr...ebsite/seo/analytics
If after checking all of that it doesn't work I will need access to both sites. In that case please, send me administrative credentials to access to backend (use the email from which you receive forum notifications).
