Control Center cannot connect was created by Resident
Hi, I have a new website (you helped me with older one), I have installed SCheck Pro and Control center on the same site and cannot connect. You helped me one week ago and wrote: "Once added the ip to the whitelist and the component as exception to the filter everything works fine"
So I added IP address to whitelist, but don´t know, where to add component to exception fiter and how to do it.

Thank you for help

Robert

Hi Robert,

If the remote site is blocking your Control Center you will see something like this in its logs:

To add the component as exception just mark the checkbox and click on the "Add exception button" (blue squares in the screenshot).

Jose

An error 500 means something goes wrong launching the task. Can you send me administrative credentials to access to the managed website? I will do some test to check what's happening.

Regards,
Jose
