Can't connect to new website was created by muecke06
Hello guys,

I'm having trouble connecting my Securitycheck Pro Control Center to my new website.
The Securitycheck Pro Control Center is checking more pages, so I rule out the problem on this server.

Of course, I have entered the security key from the new website accordingly, as well as activated access from the Control Center.
My .htaccess is modified in many places. For a test, I have exchanged these for the original. Even then, no access works:
Status code: "0".

Does anyone have an idea why it does not work .....

Greetings from the muecke

Hi muecke,

Is the name well-formed? This is, doesn't contain the protocol (http or https) and there are no blank spaces at the beginning/end.

Regards,
Jose

Hi Jose,

The URL is: www.example.com
Without spaces, without protocol.

The site only works with https, maybe this is another clue.
Also on my test account (development environment) it is the same.

I have tried with and without SSL and have also tested various settings on the server (URL Rewrite http -> https via 301 etc.) on / off ......

It just does not work.

Do you have another idea? I also like to give you access if you want to analyze it more closely.

greeting
muecke

Ok, send me administrative credentials to access this site (use the email from which you receive forum notifications).

Hello together,

For me the problem is solved. The case was special.

ControlCenter AND page to be monitored are on the same server.
The server is not in an external hoster, but in a DMZ with us in the company.
The problem was: ControlCenter was unable to resolve the requested URL, so they did not get access to the page.
An entry of the URL with the local IP in the host file was the solution.

So a DNS problem.
Maybe I can help others with that as well.

Regards Steffen

THANKS Jose, this was great ;-)
