Hi, I've just changed hosts and now find that the Control Centre returns a Can't Connect message on all sites it tries to connect to.
Initially it did connect but the domains were having issues with application of the AutoSSL certificate. This has now been resolved and this morning I find that the website response is 'Can't Connect'.
I've checked blacklists etc but can't think of anything else to try.
The "secret key" field of any website managed must contain the a value of 32 character generated by the site you want to manage (Main panel -> Control center configuration).
I think you're talking about the secret key added to hide backend; in that case you must place that secret key in the ".htaccess protection secret key" field, although this value is not necessary to connect with your remote sites.
I generated a new secret key and have updated the Control Centre with new key.
phpinfo() shows CURL as being enabled.
But still can't connect.
It did work yesterday, only change is that remote site got it's SSL cert sorted and the control centre site now uses Cloudflare to give it a shared SSL cert.
Anything else I can try?
