Topic-icon Issue with Control Center Akeeba Backup Pro

So, I have Akeeba Backup Pro installed on all websites in my Control Center, and have remote backups turned on, and when I click on the backup now button in control center, I get this message at the top of the page:
'; if (backup_result) { jQuery(".form-group").after( backup_result ); } }
Just above the "Detailed Info" section

Are you using new version of Akeeba backup Pro (version equal or above 7.0)?

I just realized that the site in question I had not updated to the Pro version of Akeeba Backup - I have since updated to the latest version and it now works...

I am having another issue where one of my sites on the same server as my site running control center that is not updating its status. I have checked to make sure that the control center site's IP address is in the whitelist of the site that isn't updating, and the control center connection key and everything is good there. It reports status 200 Ok, but the last connection date is from a few days ago.

Glad to hear it works now.

Regarding to the site with the issue, can you post or send me the log when you launch a 'refresh' task? There we should see what's happening.

It's weird since the IP address of the control center site has been added to the whitelist of the site that is not updating

Hi shibumi,

I know what's happenign: The IP of the site with control center is (dynamic) blacklisted and you get the "Forbidden" message. Please, check if the first priority into Waf Configuration -> Lists is set to "Whitelist" in the manage website or look for and delete the server ip.
