Securitycheck Pro Control Center not updating Joomla version

Can you send me administrative credentials to access to backend and also ftp to any of those sites to be updated? I realized that your php version is not 7.4, so the issue must be in other lines. Please, use the email from which you receive forum notifications.

This time I only reinstalled 3.1.11 version and everything went fine: site runs now 3.9.16 version
