If mod_rewrite is enabled (it will probably be as this is a standard for almost all servers configuration). Can you send me ftp credentials to do some test? If so use the email from which you receive forum notifications.

For public knowledge:

Solved. I have deleted all the content added in the .htaccess by Admintools and set the default Joomla content and also mine and everything is working fine now.
