Uninstallation was created by taksejimo2
Hi Mr.Jose
I tried to upgrade to security check pro 3.4 on Joomla 3.9.27.  I got the error "duplicate entry '5.10.94.4' for key 'PRIMARY'".
Then I intended to uninstall and re-install security check pro 3.4. Error happened in the middle of uninstalling several modules and plugins.
After then, login to Joomla administrator page failed with the error "Your security check pro is not valid. Security check pro data base update couldn't start because it's requisite version is greater than 2.7.3". Another message is "No access right for administrator page.   (Note :translation from Japanese error message attached image)
Please teach me how to solve the error  and what to do for successful login .

Thanks in advance.

Hi taksejimo2,

Something went wrong as you were in the middle of the update and then tried to uninstall, so there are parts of Securitycheck Pro installed and others not.

You will need access to your database; look for your site's table and there for the 'extensions' table. Search elements with that contains 'security' and disable all the results listed. This should give you access to the site again.

If you don't know how to do that just tell me and I will do it.

Regards,
Jose

Thank you for your quick reply.
I disabled three security check pro plugins of extension table.
Joomla administrator page comes out!!! I tried to login and got error message as following 'Alarm no access authority to the administrator page'.
Another data base table update seems to be needed.
Please advice me how to do further.
Thanks and Regards.

You're welcome taksejimo2,

I think that message doesn't belong to Securitycheck Pro. Disabling all the extensions listed should do the trick but you can also try renaming scp folders (from administrator and plugins modules).

Jose
