BreezingForms upload of forms

Hi Jose

I just installed BreezingForms and was trying to upload a demo form through the BreezingForms, Configuration => Package Installer, Uploading a xml 

I get a "The webmaster has forbidden your access to this site"

My IP is in the Whitelist so not sure why I get this or how to get around it.

I looked at another ticket for Breezing forms which said something about adding an exception but not sure how that is done or if that is really the problem.
