IIS Server in use and require web.config was created by PMurphJ00
Hi,
I've been adding Security Check Pro to my sites and am wondering if it will support web.config on IIS at some point, or if I'm over-looking that. Admin Tools does support web.config, so I'm able to secure the admin area with that; however, Security Check Pro doesn't seem to recognize that the backend is protected via web.config from Admin Tools. I can continue running it this way, I just want to make sure I'm understanding this correctly.
Thanks!

Hi PMurphJ00,

Yes, currently the extension doesn't support web.config. I added support for htacess files on ngix and Apache servers but not for IIS; maybe I could improve the extension in a future to support it.

Regards,
Jose

Thank you Jose. I will continue to use AdminTools for that. It seems to work fine with Securitycheck Pro.
