Hola Jose

I just used the Akeeba Kickstarter program to restore an Akeeba backup of my production environment to a test environment.

The restore was successful but I am now not able to login to the backend as I get this screen not the full Joomla login screen.

I have tried disabling all the extensions in the database and renaming the folders in the /plugins/system folder as suggested in the FAQs but still no luck.

Previously I have worked around this by using Chrome instead of Firefox but it doesn't work for me this time.

Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Hola Bret!!

Just rename the .htacess of your root folder or comment the lines between 'begin - end backend protection'.
