I have a new suppourt collegue for my website in Mexico but my webserver is in Austria. I can access the backend from every country in europe but he is not able to access the backend?
I have also whitelisted his IP adress. I have no Geo Block on the country?
He is always getting redirectet to page not found.
Backend protection is applied into the .htaccess file of your root folder, so the only way to disable is commenting the lines involved (you can find it between "Begin Backend protection" and "End Backend Protection") or deleting the .htaccess and generating a new one (Options -> .htaccess protection -> Backend protection tab -> Applied checkbox marked).
I did deleted the htacces and created a new one with backend protection disable.
Not working. access from europe is working from mexico not.
I added backend protection: same link still working -> no entry in the htaccess file... I think I have a bug.
