Hi there,
afer we updated to the new version of SecutiryCheckPro we get http-500 Error. Second time we did`t even get an error. The page is just blank and there is no possibility to login into the admin area. We tried two times, but our page is alway down after updating to the new version.
Any ideas?
Best regards

Hi Ekkehard,

Latest version of Securitycheck Pro is 3.1.11. Do you have access to the error.log file to check what's happening?

Hi Ekkehard,

I know what's happening: the firewall plugin is looking for the geoblock file, that has been deleted since current version (3.1.11). This means that something went wrong during the update

There are some ways to solve this:
- Uninstalling the component and install the new version
- Disabling the firewall and trying to update manually. I can do this work for you if you send me administrative credentials to access to cPanel (or phpmyadmin) and also to Joomla backend. In this case please use the email from which you receive forum notifications.

Regards,
Jose
