Hi there, I am pretty happy with SecuritycheckPro but have a roblem with the geoblocking functionality. I had geoblocking active for a bunch of countries includig all Asia countries. Now I want to allow access for people in Australia and therefore took Australia out of geoblocked countries. But this does not help. Access from Austraia is still blocked. I turned beoblocking off completely afterwards but this des not help. Access from Australia is still bloked.

Do you have any idea what the root case could be?

Hi Juergen,

I'm glad to hear you're happy with the extension :)

Do you have any type of caching? How did you check that the entire Australia is geoblocked?

Hi Jose, many thanks for your quick response.

Caching is disabled. Not sure if entire Australia is blocked, but the people I am in contact with cannot access.
Track Action Log is reporting geoblocking issues from other counties as well although geoblocking is not enabled. So none of the availabe countries is checked.

I attached some screen shots so you can see how it's configured and the track action log entires.

Can you send me administrative credentials to access to the backend and also to cPanel or phpmyadmin? If so please use the email from which you receive forum notifications.
