Hello - I usually use mysql to manually edit the whitelist file. I would like to create a wildcard string so that my unique IP prefixes are always whitelisted. I see an example of this in the documentation, but only for IPv4. My ISP uses IPv6.
Here's an example:
My IPv6 always starts with: 8961:14b:983:h554.....
For example: 8961:14b:983:h554:k6s2:1372:28dk:4472
The wildcard I tried is: 8961:14b:983:h554:*:*:*:*
But that doesn't seem to be working. I still get the "webmaster has blocked you" warning each time my IP changes, and need to manually add my current IP to the whitelist database via mysql.
Is there a wildcard format that will actually work?
