I have SecurityCheck Pro installed on two web sites. One works correctly. On the other, I can not reach the admin log in page for the site.

It is using the url that has the Securitycheck password on the end. I have NOT had problems previously with this site.

Hi RikR,

If you are redirected to main page then the secrey key of the browser doesn't match with the stored. You can check the secret key stored by accessing to the .htaccess file and looking for the "backend protection" term. You will see the secret key there.

Jose

Both the working site and the non-working site have a .htaccess file in their root directory, which appears to be the standard file supplied by Joomla.
Neither has the secret key

Oh, I thought you set the "backend protection"...

That's the only setting that can cause not to reach the backend; if you don't receive any alert then Securitycheck Pro is not causing the issue. Anyway you can try disabling it ( securitycheck.protegetuordenador.com/for...tation/584-faqs#1982 )

Jose
