As an administrator, I just changed a member account.
In saving, I have the message:
"The webmaster has forbidden your access to this site"
Since this is the ip address, I can not connect with another personal account on another browser either.
2 other members told me that they had a similar problem.
The settings are really very (too) blocking. I do not have these problems with a similar application under WP!
Thank you for helping me make my sites accessible and functional with securityCheck pro. Do I send you my configuration file?
Securitycheck Pro has many options to be configured that must be adapted to every site. For example, the 'User session protection' feature must be disabled if do you need to be logged twice with the same account.
Also remember I added the OTP to grant you access even if the firewall blocks you.
I have the same issue with my websites, I am being disabled from home or work IP address where logged in as administrator with error message: The webmaster has forbidden your access to this site.
Please advise how to solve this issue !
If you didn't enable the OTP feature then send me administrative credentials to access your backend and I will grant you access.
As I explain in this entry there are some ways to avoid cases like this: enabling the OTP, disabling 'User session protection' if do you need to be logged twice with the same account, adding your IP (range) to whitelist...
