important alerts!? was created by herveD
Hello

There are days when I receive 10 or 15 alerts like this*
I understand it's an attack but have they been successful or failed.
In real life, I can not spend all the time checking.
I need to have the best protection and be alerted if there is really a danger
How to do ?
Regards

Hi HerveD,

Everytime you receive an alert means Securitycheck Pro has blocked an attack. If the offensive IP reachs the number set into the max number of hacking attempts established (5 by default) they are blocked during the time specified in the IP blocked time (in seconds) field (600 seconds by default). After that you should add It to blacklist, so it won't be able to reach/attacks your site anymore.

If you don't have time to do that then I recommend to set a high 'blocked time' (for instance 60000) and decrease the 'max number of hacking attemps (for instance to 2). This will keep attackers banned so they won't be able to launch repeated attacks.

Regards,
Jose
