Hello,

My Securitycheck Pro version is 3.0.1
WAF Configuration won't open.
When I click on the menu it turns into blank page.

administrator/index.php?option=com_securitycheckpro&controller=firewallconfig&view=firewallconfig&d7b11ae92b3c574391f486c6f7fae0e5=1

The problem started, I beleive, after I replied to Securitycheck Pro question asking "Geolite database update automatically or manually".

What can I do ?

Hi Ohira,

Your version is really old; why don't you update to the latest version (currently 3.1.3)?

After that if the problem persists I would need access to the error.log file of the server.

Thank you for your quick response.
I tried Version 3.1.3, but it looks doesn't work on Joomla version 3.7.x.
As my Joomla template has something to do with Joomla newer version, I can not upgrade Joomla.
What is the Joomla requirement for Securitycheck pro 3.1.3 ?.

You're welcome Ohira.

Latest versions of SCP are tested only in 3.8 and 3.9, but it should work in 3.7 also. Do you get any error message?

Please, check the error message attached.

The current version of securitycheck is 3.1.3.

When I make all Securitycheck extemsion invalid, the error disappears.

It seems your Joomla version is too old and doesn't have some classes added to give compatibillity with Joomla 4.

So let's install the previous version of Securitycheck Pro. If the problem persists then I will check what's happening. In that case please send me administrative credentials to access your backend and also ftp (use the email from which you receive forum notifications).
