Hi calicv,

Do you get the error message inmediately after launching the scan? If so check permissions over the 'scans' folder for the user who runs Joomla (if you don't know how to do that please ask your hosting provider).

If the scan is some days old launch a new scan. You could get this message if the scan is old and you use the 'Clean data' option.

i try everything but result is same, everything worked fine for 6 month but for last 6 i have problem. Some upgrade trigger some problems.

One more thing, i stopped to receive e-mail notification about site scanning, i can not see changes, can i provide you some access to fix those problems

Hi calicv,

I think all your problems are related with a low value in the memory_limit directive of php (see point 2 of this forum entry .

Please also read this forum entry where I give some advices to reduce the amount of memory needed.
