Website no longer accessable after installing extensions

I just installed all my new Security Check Pro extensions on my Joomla website ( doaktown.ca ) and I'm now receiving this error message when trying to view either the site or the Joomla administator backend. 

The webmaster has forbidden your access to this site
Your IP: 
Please, come back in 1000 minutes

What do I do now?

Hi Drrakken,

It looks like the Securitycheck Pro firewall has blocked your access for some reason. This can happen, for example, after invalid login/session attempts.

You can follow the rescue procedure described here to regain access:

Alternatively, if you'd like me to investigate the exact reason for the block, you can send me your Joomla administrator credentials through our secure credential submission form:

You must be logged in to your Securitycheck Extensions account to access the form.

If you send me the credentials, I'll unlock your access and let you know exactly what caused the firewall to block you.

The first option doesn't seem to be working, I've entered my super user email address and nothing is being sent back. And at the risk of sounding stupid, I'm not clear on how to use this one-time read link, I've never used this method. Some more detailed instructions woud be great.

This will generate a one time read link. Send me that link in the form
