Download ID error for System - Securitycheck Pro Update Database

Hi Jose:  Thanks for the reply.  I feel like I must be missing obvious here.  I've attached two screenshots, one showing the Update Sites page with the Update Database item visible, but not showing the Download ID like your image shows.  The second screenshot shows what I see when I click on it, and once again there is no spot for the Download ID.  I had no problem putting the Download ID in the SecurityCheck Pro update site.  It's only a problem for the Update Database site.

Since it's a Joomla core setting, so I need to update to Joomla 4.4.0 first?  The pre-update checks were telling me that I needed to update SecurityCheck Pro before I could.  I'm currently still on 3.6.3.

Thanks very much for the help,

Harold

Hi Harold,

The download id field appears into the core section only in the last version of the database update plugin (2.0). Previously it was a field into the plugin.

This is important: you must update ALL my products to the latest version because i have completely refactored the extensions to make them fully compatible with J4 and J5. So if you're using 2.0 version of the database update plugin, then you must also update Securitycheck Pro (and all my other extensions).

Once done you should see the download id in the core. If you still don't see it once everything is updated, click on the "Rebuild" button on top of the page.

Jose

Things are starting to make sense to me now.  I'm still on version 1.04 of the Database Updater, and it's the update to 2.0 that keeps failing.  I've attached a screenshot of the error message that I get, and I hope you have a simple solution.  The manual install also fails when I try it.

Thanks very much,

Harold

Hi Harold,

You must download the new version from my site and install it manually because old versions can't be updated from Joomla. New version have the core mechanism so you will be able to update it as you do with my other products.
