An error has occurred. 0 Undefined constant "SCP_CACERT_PEM"

Hello

After having installed "SECURITYCHECK PRO DATABASE UPDATE" with SECURITYCHECK component i have this error when i try to log.
An error has occurred. 0 Undefined constant "SCP_CACERT_PEM"
"SECURITYCHECK PRO DATABASE UPDATE" plugin is enabled and "SECURITYCHECK" plugin is disabled (i only use the plugin to updates for vulnerabilities database.
