HELP
I don't why but I have no access both frontend and backend
I don't what I've done . I get the message The webmaster has forbidden your access to this site
How can I fix that ?
I've disable the component. But How can comeback to the first configuration ?

Hi intelartifice,
The first step is checking the logs and see why you have been blocked. There is a button to add a component as exception if for some reason the firewall blocked you by a false positive.
After doing that you should also add your own ip to the whitelist and to grant you access always you can set a 2FA for your account. This will allow you to circumvent any blocking: scpdocs.securitycheckextensions.com/troubleshooting/otp
Anyway I can have a look to your site and configure the extension to avoid this. Just send me administrative credentials to access to backend (use the email from which you receive forum notifications).
