Yes, I would appreciate it if you could take a look. How would you like for me to get the login credentials to you?

Looking for your email. FYI, I have disabled the extension and I still get the webmaster blocked message in the browser. Everyone who visits the site is getting blocked.

It's a little complicated because this is a Joomla Multisite and the site with the problem is one of the slaves. Since everyone is blocked, you/we can't access the administrator login page.

You should have received the message. I used the email of your user account.

This is why I asked you if you changed the default message. By default, the extension shows "The webmaster has forbidden..." message. If the firewall is disabled no rule is applied, so if do you still have the message then maybe there is other extension causing this issue...

Jose

I replied to your email. I do have an optimization extension called JCH Optimize running on this site. It creates an optimized cached version of the pages. I disabled this extension in the extensions database, but the message still displays, even when I go to another browser with a clean cache. Maybe I'm missing something in terms of other extensions related to SCP? I have the component, the info module, the cron, the installer, the update database, and the system plugin. Anything else? I would think just disabling the component and the system plugin would disable it, but I've disabled them all.
