hello,
I wanted to update 3.1.8. to 3.1.10 =>
Result: the site is planted with the same message :-(
"The webmaster has forbidden your access to this site"
I do not know what to do, so your extension is a problem.
I removed it from several sites and I disabled it on this site.
I do not dare to make updates, which is not very reassuring at the security level
Can you make it possible that via FTP, access to the backoffice in 1 click (delete a file, or rename the administration directory securitycheck) and that we see in 1 Message, what we must do !!
Regards

Hi Herve,

I really apologize for all the inconveniences caused.

Latest version improves the 'session hijack protection'; now we can choose if this feature is applied when the IP and/or the username change. Two customers had the same issue like yours because they were accesing with a different browser.

You should get access to your site as soon as the time set in dynamic blacklist expires, but I can solve this now if you send me administrative credentials.

Regards,
Jose

Hi José
At least you respond quickly.
It's been more than 10 minutes that I no longer have access. I give you, by email, FTP access and joomla site (I had, I believe disabled the extension)
I don't do anything special, except that I have 2 open tabs (back office, front-end) on the same browser
Thank you also for considering a simple quick recovery by FTP without your recovery procedure, which I found complicated.
regards
