You must generate (or set) the key, click on the 'save ' button and, after that, on the 'protect' button. I tested it before publishing the changes and it works.

I just can't figure out how to get the secure key in the link www.pfadfinder-bludenz.com/tbd/administrator/?token=****
must enter.

You should use <yoursite>/administrator/?<yoursecretkey>

now everything seems to be working fine.
I protected the backend with another program.
When I disabled this feature it worked as it should.
