Hi Team,
We are trying to reach your support team, we unable to find the right contact to reach to resolve our issue.

Following are the issue we faced during login and payment process
1. when I try to login with our username and password we unable to log in it says your account got blocked

Our username: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

2. We are trying to purchase the all package subscription for Joomla, But we unable to complete your payment process via credit card as well as Paypal. It doesn't redirect to your website to complete payment.
I have attached the screenshot for your reference
Please take immediate action to resolve this issue
