I have updated Securitycheck and Securitycheck Pro to version 3.4.4 to fix some bugs and add improvements:

+ Database update until Jan 26 2022 (both versions)
+ Improvements in source code to avoid an error sending emails if mail function is disabled (only Pro version)
+ Improvements to support remote backups using Akeeba Backup in Joomla! 4 (thank you very much for your contribution Jeff!) (only Pro version)
Now the extension supports remote backups using the Pro version of Akeeba Backup in Joomla! 4.
+ Improvements in 'Waf Configuration' (only Pro version)
Now each Joomla! version has its own template to avoid problems with tabs.
+ 'Securitycheck Pro Installer' plugin uninstalled (only Pro version)
The 'Securitycheck Pro Installer' plugin is uninstalled during update process as it's no longer needed. Now we use the core feature to update paid extensions; in fact we are now potentially able to update any paid extension using Control Center if they use the core feature to add its download id.
+ Improvements in 'Global Configuration' (only Pro version)
Now we can choose the position to place checkboxes (right or left). The "recursive folder exceptions" and "include exceptions in database" options have also been moved from "File manager" tab to "Tuning" tab as now they are applied to all scans.
+ Improvements in permissions scans (only Pro version)
To avoid a rare issue if JPATH_ROOT constant is not defined.
+ Fixed bug in file integrity scans (only Pro version)
To exclude files and folders from integrity scans if they are set into exceptions (previously its hash was calculated even if they were set as exceptions).
+ Increased the length of the 'ip' fields in database (only Pro version)
+ Fixed bug checking the number of previous administrative accounts (only Pro version)
To apply the 'Forbid new administrative accounts' feature.
+ Improvement viewing logs (thanks for your suggestion Jeff!) (only Pro version)
Now the "add to blacklist" button has the 'danger' style for a better visual performance (only J3).
+ Improvements in database update plugin (only Pro version)
Now the plugin shows a message if something goes wrong retrieving the info and also updates the 'last check' field to avoid launching the task on every login in backend.
+ Improvements checking subscription status (thanks for your contribution Marco!) (only Pro version)
Now the plugin shows a message if something goes wrong retrieving the subscription status from my server.
+ Removed support for Control Center (free version)
Free version no longer supports Control Center.

Jose
