1) Under file integrity results you have 'mark all as safe', but what about you only want to mark some of them as safe?
2) Can the global config panel for manually added file exceptions be made a lot wider?
3) I have one acct on an apache server. The backend file protection (generate key) needs the option: 'I have applied this another way' or something, so it doesn't remain flagged.

Hi Glen,
Thank you for your feedback/suggestions to improve the extensions; I really appreciate them.

1)
Initially there was a button to do that, but it wasn't used. If you don't want to mark a file as safe, it usually means that it's unsafe = someone unauthorized modified/added it. So in that case you have to delete/delete the code added. And the file integrity will look for more changes in the next scheduled/manual scan. If you don't want this, just add the file as exception.
This is the explanation why I deleted the option to select and mark some files as safe.
2 and 3)
I will add them in the next version. :)

Regards,
Jose
