Super User removed

On the site midwestmeats.com.au there was a 502 error due to an issue with an unpublished Hikashop plugin for some reason.  The 502 error was resolved by deleting the plugin.

In the process of fixing that issue, somehow two Super User accounts were removed from the system.

The option to "Forbid new admin accounts" was set to No.

Is there a possibility that SecurityCheckPro could remove the existing Super User accounts?  I'm trying to work out what happened and not sure what else might have done that.

Hi Brett,

If the "Forbid new admin accounts" option was set to No, SecurityCheck Pro should not have removed those Super User accounts.

Also, if SecurityCheck Pro had deleted the users for any reason, there should be a corresponding entry in the SecurityCheck Pro logs showing that event.

So, if there is no such entry in the logs, it is very unlikely that SecurityCheck Pro was responsible for the accounts being removed.

i can’t see your response. Just that it contains confidential information. 
That IP address was for the users who were removed so it’s something Sara did herself I believe.
