Try this: initialize the data and launch a couple of scans. If that doesn't work send me the FTP credentials (use the email from which you receive forum notifications).

I did some other tasks, and then went back; 2 scans failed.
I sent you everything you will need.
Thanks,
Louis

Solved. The issue was caused by the error_log file of the root and administrator folders (1Gb each one). Once added as exception everything works fine.

Thank you for finding that! I downloaded the root file that was almost 1 GB, and the administrator file that is 104 MB.
Did you look at the error that caused the size increase? It was the same error message since April 2023.
I'm wondering how many of those file exceptions are still applicable. Is there a setting to rotate log files when they get to a certain size?
Cheers,
Louis

The file had many entries for years, mainly warnings. Now that you have set the log rotation you should not have problems with scans again.
