Error decoding JSON data: Syntax error

Hello, I have made Securitycheck Pro 3.1.8 updates and performed a malware scan. After adding 100 malaware detected to the exceptions, I suddenly received the error Error decoding JSON data: Syntax error. The joomla website and panel is not working. www.miastojaslo.pl

I am sorry but I cannot provide access to Direct Admin. I turned the page from the backup copy and did the update again, and after scanning the malware and trying to add to the exceptions, I got the same message again as it was given earlier. I will add that the site is large and maybe there is a problem here.

Please, do the following: add only one of the files listed as suspicious into Global Configuration -> malware scanner tab -> file/folder exceptions. That's what the "add files as exception" button does. If do you get the same issue please try saving any value in Securitycheck Pro config (Waf configuration). If the issue arises again then maybe there is a mod_security rule causing the issue.

Anyway it would be useful If you send me the error.log file of the server.

Only uninstalling the old version and reinstalling version 3.1.8 helped. I have the impression that the problem appeared at the time when he wanted to replace the old file and then flung an error and damaged the page. There was no file to be replaced, this malware was working properly.

I also noticed that .htaccess Protection shows that one problem was found even though all options are enabled in .htaccess
