Can you please send me credentials to access cpanel (or phpmyadmin and ftp) to check what's happening? If so please use the email from which you receive forum notifications.
Regards,
Jose

Please, do the following: add only one of the files listed as suspicious into Global Configuration -> malware scanner tab -> file/folder exceptions. That's what the "add files as exception" button does. If do you get the same issue please try saving any value in Securitycheck Pro config (Waf configuration). If the issue arises again then maybe there is a mod_security rule causing the issue.
Anyway it would be useful If you send me the error.log file of the server.
Regards,
Jose
