Error in Installation 3.1.5 was created by joshshoestring

Hi there,

Not sure why there is an error on installation:

Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Specified key was too long; max key length is 767 bytes
Extension Install: SQL error processing query: DB function failed with error number 1071
Specified key was too long; max key length is 767 bytes
SQL =

Also, see attached screenshot.

Please advise.

Someone reported this in Mysql but he doesn't report if he was able to solve it. I was not able to reproduce this issue.

Could I get access to phpmyadmin and also to Joomla backend? If so please send me administrative credentials to the email from which you receive forum notifications.

Hi,
I reinstall the version 3.1.1 and 3.1.4 and i have the same trouble, I'have the same MYSQL version than previous install, the anly difference is my PHP version 7.0 to 7.3
