Hi penyo311,

Which Joomla version are you using?

3.6.5 is my joomla version
I apologize for the delay in replying. I ended up in the hospital, and am finally
today feeling better.
Please help, I feel like I have wasted 4 months for something I haven't been able to use,. Literally. My other sites had problems too, so I uninstalled it. Before was excited to recommend, and get my clients to purchase your product to protect their sites. I cannot recommend that they purchase anything at the moment.

Thank you in advance,
Kyle Vasquez

Hi Kyle,

I understantd your situation, but I'm replying to your post only one hour since you posted it to give you a solution...

Many versions ago I added compatibility for Joomla 4; your Joomla version is really really old and doesn't have the classes to support this change (Joomla added it since 3.8 versions). If you can't update your Joomla version I can send you a previous version of Securitycheck Pro that will work on it (but you will lose all the improvements and bug fixes of current versions). Are you agree?

Regards,
Jose

I do thank you.
I would like to do a backup before I upgrade, is there anyway I can access my backend temp to do this. Upgrade and then install SCP.

Thank you,

Try renaming the following folders
/plugins/system/securitycheckpro
/plugins/system/securitycheckpro_cron
