I had to do a site restore from last night's backup on my site. Everything was working fine before I did that. After the restore, I get a blank page when I try to log in to the admin page, and get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method SecuritycheckproModel::get_subscriptions_status() in /home1/retailag/public_html/plugins/system/securitycheckpro/securitycheckpro.php on line 1170
I have tried the following method for disabling the plugins:
UPDATE #_extensions SET enabled=0 WHERE name='System - Securitycheck Pro'
UPDATE #_extensions SET enabled=0 WHERE name='System - Securitycheck Pro Cron'
(and yes I changed the # to prefix of dB)
SQL instruction says it ran ok
but still keep getting the "Fatal error:.... above
It seems that a mandatory file is missing; check if the file /administrator/components/com_securitycheckpro/library/model.php exists. The firewall plugin is trying to load a function implemented in that file.
Umm, that's really odd. If the file is there everything should work fine...
Try overwriting it; if this doesn't work go to the extensions table and look for %security% into the name field. Set the 'enabled' row of results listed to 0. This will disable the entire extension.
If this doesn't work please send me administrative credentials for cpanel (or phpmyadmin) and Joomla backend and I will check what's happening. Use the email from which you receive forum notifications.
